Dr. Yoonhwan Oh is currently a Research Fellow at Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI).
Dr. Oh graduated a year early from Seoul Science High School, and he did his undergraduate studies at Yonsei University granted a National Science and Engineering Scholarship from Korea Research Foundation. He also earned his master's and doctoral degrees from Seoul National University. In his doctoral dissertation, he emphasized the importance of technological learning that can strengthen the link between production and innovation.
Dr. Oh's research mainly focuses on the innovation system and knowledge network in the manufacturing industry. His research interests also include energy economics, production economics, patent bibliometrics, and data envelopment analysis (DEA).
